Additional Admission Requirements
The minimum admission requirement is an appropriate Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management or a B.Tech in a related field or related qualification at NQF level 7 with at least a 60% average for the final year subjects. Highly experienced people not meeting these minimum academic requirements will be required to go through a rigorous process of recognition of prior learning (RPL) to establish their potential to participate in the program.
