The renowned on-campus restaurant for senior hospitality management students is One on Park Restaurant*.
This is the only restaurant in Bloemfontein that continues to use silverware cutlery for dinner service. It is well-known for its prestigious gourmet dinners and afternoon teas, with all food and beverage services being prepared, served, and managed by senior hospitality management students.
How the restaurant operates
The modest restaurant comfortably seats thirty guests and is proud of the newly added Solarium, which enhances the number of visitors that can be served during business hours.
Bookings are essential.
The restaurant can be booked for private functions.
*One on Park is fully licensed.
Business Hours
Dates are subject to change due to academic practical classes influenced by tests, exams and holidays.
Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays for dinner and afternoon tea.

Solarium Café
The CUT Hotel School's new Solarium Café is a Bistro Style Restaurant, the first-year training restaurant located in the heart of campus.
How the restaurant operates
The restaurant serves a limited breakfast and lunch menu to pupils, staff, and the general public. The menu rotates every two weeks as first-year students are instructed on new dishes and service techniques, and the restaurant can comfortably accommodate up to fifty guests.
Bookings for larger groups are essential.

Tuesdays to Fridays
Breakfast | 08:30 -12:00 | kitchen closes at 11:30.
Lunch | 12:00 - 17:00 | kitchen closes at 15:00.
