The Teaching and Learning portfolio is the academic heart of the Central University of Technology. It provides strategic leadership, oversight, and support for the university's core teaching, learning, and curriculum development mandate.

Under the guidance of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, this division empowers the four academic faculties and key support centres to foster a student-centred ecosystem, drive academic innovation, and ensure graduate success in a rapidly evolving digital and global landscape, directly advancing CUT's Vision 2030.
