Managing the graduation process from eligibility verification to the awarding of qualifications. CUT ordinarily holds two graduation seasons annually, awarding thousands of qualifications.

Postgraduate Administration

Providing dedicated academic administration support for full-research master’s and doctoral students, from admission and milestone tracking to thesis submission and graduation.

Records and Verification

Safeguarding academic records, generating official transcripts, and processing authorised qualification verification requests for employers and regulatory bodies.

Graduates and current students are informed that academic transcripts are now available for digital download. The downloaded transcript may be used for all formal requests, such as employment applications and further education.

Steps to download the academic transcript:

1. Log in to student iEnabler.
2. Click on Student Enquiry.
3. Scroll down to Local Academic Transcript.
4. Click Download and print or save your transcript.

Verification of Certificates

The Assessment and Graduation Unit is pleased to announce that CUT qualification certificates now feature a QR code (in addition to existing security marks) to allow quick and secure verification of your credentials.

This QR code can be scanned using any standard mobile device camera, which will instantly display a secure message verifying the graduate's credentials with the university.
