There are two distinct banking channels at the Central University of Technology, Free State (CUT). Please select the appropriate category for your payment:
Student Banking
This channel is for prospective students (national and international), current students, and alumni of CUT who wish to make a payment on their student account.

FNB App Users: CUT is listed as a beneficiary. Simply search for: CUT Student Account.
Other Banking Apps: Search for: Central University of Technology, Free State (or CUT, FS).

South African Student Payment
*Students, prospective students (new applicants), or alumni in possession of a student number should preferably use the student number as the payment reference.
International Student Payment
*Students, prospective students (new applicants), or alumni in possession of a student number should preferably use the student number as the payment reference.
Important: No Cash on Campus During Registration
No cash will be handled by CUT cashiers during the registration period. Only credit cards, debit cards, and cheque payments will be accepted by the University cashiers during this time.
Business Banking
This is the operational bank account of CUT. Please use these details for any transactions that are not related to the student payments described above (e.g., vendor invoices, supplier payments).
Operational Account Details
*Please use the relevant Cost Centre and Account (GLA allocation). If an invoice was issued, use the invoice number or whatever specific reference was communicated to you to ensure the payment is allocated correctly.
