The Department of Mechanical & Mechatronic Engineering is dedicated to excellence in education, training, research, and development. Our curriculum and research activities are centred around the complete lifecycle of mechanical and mechatronic systems:

Conception & Design

Developing innovative solutions and detailed engineering designs using advanced CAD tools and theoretical modelling to solve real-world problems.

Implementation

Translating theoretical designs into tangible prototypes and functional systems through rigorous testing, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance.

Operation & Maintenance

Ensuring the efficient, safe, and sustainable operation of complex mechanical and mechatronic systems throughout their lifecycle in industrial environments.
