CUT Athletes and CUCSA/USSA game contenders send-off ceremony held
CUT ladies netball coach Martha Mosoahle-Samm received a special recognition award for winning the Telkom Netball League competition while coaching the Free State Crinums. She is receiving a token of appreciation from Dr Clifford Nxomani, Special Advisor in the office of the Vice-Chancellor.
The CUT Sports Department under the tutelage of Ms Shela Molekwa, held a special send-off ceremony for theCUCSA/USSA game contenders in recognition of their commitment to uplift the university name and raise the flag high. Athletes will be competing against their peers in different sporting codes including Netball, Hockey, Football and Volleyball. The competition is scheduled to run from 08 to 12 July 2024 in Tshwane.

Donavin George also received a Special Recognition award for his appointment as the Team Manager for the Men’s Hockey team that will be competing at the Olympics this year (2024). He is receiving a token of appreciation from Dr Clifford Nxomani, Special Advisor in the office of the Vice-Chancellor.
