Autumn Graduation Ceremony 2025

The graduates indicated have been identified as potential graduates. 

The ceremonies is set to take place from 20 to 27 March 2025

Notice

Outstanding documents must be sd to Academic Structure and Student Enrolment Services.

The names of those graduates who did not submit the outstanding documents will be removed from the list of graduates, and they will not graduate.

Your final clearance documentation

The understanding is that as the process unfolds and any of the final clearance documentation from departments/units should be missing, the candidates’ name will be removed. Make sure that all your documentation is in order with the following units/departments:

• Assessment and Graduation
• Student Accounts, Bursaries and Loans
• Academic Structure and Student Enrolment Services

Reason why you might not be on the list If your name does not appear on the list and you have submitted your documentation; check the following subject results:

• English Proficiency PRE1A – Semester 1 and
• English Proficiency PRE2B – Semester 2; or
• English Proficiency PRE10 (year subject alternative to the semester subjects)

It is compulsory to have both semester subjects or alternatively, the year subject. Check your subject result at the faculty/department or the Check your subject result at the faculty/department or the Assessment and Graduation Unit.

Notice: Availability of Completion Letters

Completion letters for graduates listed on the 2025 Autumn graduation lists (below) will be accessible on i-Enabler starting 01 February 2025.
