Guided by the Higher Education Act No. 101 of 1997, as amended, and the Institutional Statute of the Central University of Technology, Free State (CUT), this notice announces the upcoming elections for the Student Representative Council (SRC) across our two campuses.

Key details:

1. The election schedule and additional information can be found at www.cutelections.co.za.
2. To ensure inclusivity, especially for students engaged in Work Integrated Learning and Practical sessions, online voting will be implemented for the CUT elections.
3. All registered students of CUT who are listed on the voters' roll are encouraged to participate in electing their preferred leaders on 10 and 11 September 2025.
