Private accommodation guidelines and forms
The Central University of Technology prefers that students use a CUT Accredited Accommodation as mandated by the DHET guidelines.
The Residence Life office will have to confirm the non-availability of space in CUT residences and accredited accommodation before accepting the application.

- Payment for private rental property - LS 210.3 (PDF)
- Rental agreement between the landlord and a student - LS137.3 via private negotiations or if the student lives at home (PDF)
