Professional Background
Ernest Mpindo is a Researcher in the Curriculum and Academic Staff Development unit within the Centre for Innovation in Learning and Teaching at the Central University of Technology, Free State.
He joined CUT in 2022 as a part-time lecturer at the Welkom Campus. He holds qualifications in Education Management, Law and Policy and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree at CUT.
His research interests include Human Rights Education, school-based violence, school safety and micro-teaching practices in higher education. He has published research in these areas and contributes to teaching, learning and teacher development initiatives.
