SHORT CV	Mrs Olifant is an Alumni of CUT; she completed her B Tech: Office Management and B ED (HONS): Educational Management at CUT. She joined the Department of Sport Management in 2010 as a Senior Administration Assistant (SAA) 2010; in 2013, She joined the Department of Tourism and Event Management as an SAA and is currently a Department Administrator (DA). She is currently busy with her Masters of Entrepreneurial Management at CUT.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE	Her crucial performance areas are department administrative services, academic staff support, student support, office management, and core competencies, which include customer orientation, communication (verbal and non-verbal), resilience, financial literacy, people orientation, institutional functioning and teaching and learning.
