New offering in 2020: Bachelor of Health Sciences in Medical Laboratory Sciences

The Bachelor of Health Sciences in Medical Laboratory Sciences is a 4 year full-time programme offered at the Bloemfontein campus. The bachelors is a NQF level 8.

The skills and competencies reflected in the level descriptors associated with an NQF level 8 qualification enable the qualifying learner to take up the role of medical laboratory scientists in owning or working for laboratory diagnostic services as well as undertaking research. The following positions are possible:
