Minimum Prior Qualification

A Bachelor’s degree, Advanced Diploma, or an equivalent qualification in a cognate field, containing relevant instructional offerings.

Required Academic Performance

  • A minimum average of 60% in the preceding Advanced Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum score of 60% in Research Methodology.

Programme Regulations & Modes of Study

  • Restricted Modular Modes: Modular full-time and modular part-time options (weekdays or weekends) are strictly reserved for special projects only.
  • Research Requirement: The student, in conjunction with CUT, is required to present a suitable research project in their field of specialisation.
  • Progression: Admission to a Master’s degree (following this qualification) will be subject to a formal review process.
  • Curriculum: All instructional offerings are compulsory.
  • Graduation: After successful completion, the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (NQF Level 8) will be awarded during an official graduation ceremony of CUT.
