  • Supply Chain, Procurement & Operations: Operations Managers, Procurement Officers, and Supply Chain Coordinators, applying practical expertise in Procurement Management, Supply Chain Management, and Quantitative Techniques and Basic Financial Analysis Tools to optimise logistical processes and financial decision-making.
  • Project Management & Monitoring and Evaluation: Project Managers, M&E Coordinators, and Business Analysts, leveraging specialised skills in Project Management Fundamentals, Monitoring and Evaluation Fundamentals, and Research Skills to plan, execute, and assess the impact of business and public sector initiatives.

Programme-Specific Requirements

Minimum Prior Qualification

An approved 360-credit qualification at NQF Level 6 (e.g., National Diploma) or higher (e.g., Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma) in a related field.

Academic Performance & Experience

  • A minimum average of 55% in the final-year subjects of the preceding NQF Level 6 qualification.
  • A minimum of three years’ working experience (work-integrated learning is excluded from this calculation).
  • Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL): Applicants who do not meet the standard academic requirements may be considered through the RPL process, subject to specific conditions.

Programme Regulations & Modes of Study

  • Duration: 1 year (full-time) or 2 years (part-time, with a maximum of three modules per semester).

  • Restricted Modular Modes: Modular part-time (weekends) is strictly reserved for self-paying students and special projects only.
  • Curriculum: All instructional offerings are compulsory.
  • Credit Transfer: Credit transfer for subjects passed at the required fourth-year (NQF Level 7) level is permitted, subject to CUT rules, including a minimum of 75% content coverage of the CUT-equivalent subject.
