Ms Bogadi Lorato Mongale is a Cytotechnologist who has dedicated her career to laboratory health services and health research.

She pursued her degree in Biomedical technology at the Central University of Technology, Free State (CUT) and her research work earned her a publication in an international scientific journal with high impact factor. This later earned her a nomination at the prestigious Standard Bank Top Woman in Science Awards 2017.

Ms Mongale infiltrated the clinical research industry and is now part of one of the best global pharmaceutical company serving as a Medical writer.

Bogadi believes that success can be attained academically but giving back to the community is very close to her heart. She is a founder of an organisation that adopts maternity wards in public hospitals, 08 - 08 Adopt a Maternity ward. Her organisation packages baby essentials goody bags to gift mothers, newborn babies and Midwives annually on her birthday. This empowering initiative earned her a nomination at the 2019 Woman of Stature Awards under Health Care.

Bogadi prides herself with her tenacious spirit, the will to learn new things and pushing herself out of her comfort zone. She believes in empowering women and using each gift in her life pocket to change one life at a time.
