CUT employees from humble beginnings to greatness
Ms Nonkululeko Grace Jilimba started working for the Central University of Technology in 2015. From 2015 to 2016 as a student assistant in the office of the Dean: Faculty of Humanities, in 2017, as Temp Senior Administrative Assistant in the same faculty under the mentorship programme.
She was then appointed as a Temp Secretary to the CFO from 2018 until September 2019, and in 2020 she was a Temp Information Officer in the office of Deputy Director: Fees and Financial Aid Department. From January 2021 until 28 February 2022, she became Administrative Assistant of the Assistant Dean in the Faculty of Engineering Built Environment and Information Technology. In March 2022, she was permanently appointed as a Switchboard Operator at the Welkom Campus.
Ms Nonkululeko possesses a National Diploma in Office Management and Technology certificate and a BTech in Business Administration. She is currently registered for the Advanced Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation newly offered by the Faculty of Management Sciences.
