As we pay tribute to Dr Molemela
CUT community wishes to convey condolences to the family and friends of Dr Petrus Rantlai Molemela.  As we pay a tribute to him, we join CUT graduates, many soccer loving people; especially Siwelele sa Masele in expressing our appreciation for his love of the game.

We are indeed proud of his achievements as a business person whose entrepreneurial drive has been an inspiration to all of those institutions including the former NPSL, NSL and the current PSL and individuals that have worked with him over the years.   We have always looked up to him for his innovative ideas and entrepreneurial spirit that drove his vision for the future of soccer we have today in this country.

In 2006, CUT conferred the founder of Bloemfontein Celtic with an Honorary Doctorate for his long-standing commitment to sports development, not only in the Free State, but also in South Africa as a whole.  His generous heart to the communities in and around Mangaung will not be forgotten. Our thoughts go out to the family and friends of CUT Alumnus, Dr Molemela in this moment of grief. May his soul rest in peace.
