Anglo American HR Staff are CUT graduates
A century Anglo American, one of the world’s largest mining companies, founded the Maccauvlei Learning Academy project (MLA). Six institutions of higher education which were known for high quality training was approached and CUT won the bid for a three-year contract. CUT is proud to report that the 3rd group of BTech students are graduating bringing the total to 120 graduates in Human Resource Management. The next intake will be a group of 55 from a successful 65 applicants starting on the 23 March 2014. The purpose of the continued education is self-improvement and to better qualify the graduates growing their abilities in current positions.

Maccauvlei graduates shared their joyous day with colleagues and fellow students. The group now has the option to pursue a postgraduate MTech degree.
