Message to students and landlords on identification of CUT Verification Team

Kindly be informed that the CUT is currently in the process of verifying unaccredited landlords.

The following are very important regarding the Identification of the CUT Team:

CUT Verification Team will be comprised of:

  1.  SRC Member   
  2.  CUT Residence Official
  3.  CUT Protection Officer
  4.  PURCO official/s

Form of identification:

  1. The SRC will be wearing the SRC badge / valid student card / SRC reflector jacket.
  2. CUT Residence Official will produce the CUT valid staff card.
  3. The CUT Protection Officer will wear a CUT security uniform and produce a valid staff card.  
  4. PURCO representatives wear reflectors which have “NPS Management Solution” written on them, and are carrying the company’s valid staff card.

­­­­­­­­This will be adhered to throughout the CUT verification process for unaccredited landlords.
