SHORT CV | Lesiba George Mollo, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer and Acting Head of the Department of Built Environment at the Central University of Technology, Free State (CUT). His highest qualification is a PhD in Construction Management, which he obtained in 2021 from Nelson Mandela University in South Africa. His doctoral dissertation's subtitle is "Framing the Reduction of Human Failures in Construction: A Mixed-Methods Training-Within-Industry (TWI) Study". In 2017, he also received a cum laude Master of Technology (M-Tech) in quantity surveying from Nelson Mandela University. He has industrial experience working for different construction organisations on a part-time basis. His research interests focus on construction health and safety, construction management and engineering, building energy management, and wearable technologies for health monitoring in construction. |
