Professional Background

Mr Imdaadulah Adam is a Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering at the Central University of Technology, Free State. He lectures manufacturing-related subjects in the Honours and BEng programmes.

He has 10 years of experience in Additive Manufacturing, including four years in the medical sector working within an ISO 13485 quality management system.

His teaching interests include Strength of Materials, Mechanics of Machines and Control Systems, while his research focuses on the additive manufacturing of polymers.
