SHORT CV | Obtained a National Diploma in Hospitality Management in 2010. Recently worked as Head Chef at Anta Boga Hotel in Bloemfontein and also as Head Chef and Kitchen Manager at Schoone Oordt Country House a 5 Star Establishment in Swellendam, the Western Cape. Had the opportunity of completing a culinary internship program in the United States of America at the Ritz Carlton Resorts of Naples Florida and work in the Middle East in the United Arab of Emirates Dubai at a bistro restaurant and in Qatar where he was part of the pre-opening team for a 5 Star Hotel City Centre Rotana. He is currently appointed at CUT’S the hotel school as the Operational Chef, where he works and trains the senior students. |
