According to the 2019 calendar (p.76), sickness, special and re-assessments commence on Tuesday, 18 June 2019 and conclude on Friday, 21 June 2019, which is only four days. Faculties have realised that it is not possible to adhere to the rule 5.4.2 of CUT 2019 calendar (p.191), which states that “the names of candidates who qualify for re-assessment must be identified by the examiner and communicated to the Assessment and Graduation Unit, for publication on the central noticeboards, four days before the re-assessment is to be conducted”. In order to comply with this rule, re-assessments for subjects/modules scheduled to be written from 7 to 14 June 2019 in the main assessment time-table will be written from 15 to 19 July 2019.

All other re-assessments for subjects/modules written before 7 June 2019 will continue from 18 to 21 June 2019, as per the 2019 calendar.
